Goa trail Tripura by 113 runs

Goa were trailing by 113 runs with six wickets remaining on the second day of their 4-day Ranji Trophy Plate League Group A match against Tripura at GCA stadium, Alto Porvorim on Thursday.
Tripura folded at 353 and Goa were 128 for 4 at stumps in their second knock after they were bundled out for 112 in the first innings yesterday.
Sagun Kamat (58) and Rahul Keni (39) were involved in a 67-run partnership after the fall of A Ratra with the scoreboard 61 for 4. It was yet another bad start for Goa in the second innings, losing the first wicket with just 10 runs on the board.
N S Shetty stole the honours for Tripura this morning hitting 105 with 11 fours and a six. R Dutta (76 not out) was the other batsman who gave solidity to the visitors knock. They folded at 353 with Robin D’Sousa scalping four wickets, followed by S Bandekar and Shadab Jakati with three each.
