PANJIM: Dempo Sports Club crushed Ponda Footballers 21-0 in the Goa Football Association U-14 League match at Ella Ground. In a complete domination right from the start, Ponda Footbywere no match for their superior opponents and conceded goals literally every couple of minutes.
Leethan Silvera netted a double hat-trick while Hansek Oliveira scored five. Varun and Topon Milig scored a treble each. Naythan Coutinho also got on the score sheet with a brace while Asman Viegas and Aryan Pai scored the other for the winning side.
Dempo lead 12-0 at the break and scored at regular intervals against their disjointed opponents. At the end of the match Dempo finished with 21 goals with asany as eight of their players getting on the scoresheet
