RAIA: Marina English High School, Verna defeated Mae Dos Pobres High School, Nuvem, 1-0 to move into the final of the Sr Benardine memorial U-17 boys football tournament at Perpetual Convent High School, Navelim-Salcete ground on Wednesday.
Sheldon netted the match winner for Marina English High School in the 12th minute. In another semifinal Fr Agnel Multipurpose High School, Verna, defeated Our Lady of Health High School, Cuncolim, 3-0 and moved into the final. Ismael, Jaden and Alex netted a goal each for Fr Agnel Multipurpose High School, Verna.
