PANJIM: Roseman Cruz Nagoa defeated CAC Cansaulim by 2-0 to move into the quarter-finals of Cavelossim Panchayat Cup 2014.
In the dying minutes of the 1st half Nagoa captain Eusebio Fernandes played in a delightful cross that was headed in Oliver Carvalho to give them a 1-0 lead.
After the break Nagoa continued where they had left dominating possession and creating chances but their strikers failed to convert them into goals.
Eusebio was once again the provider when he played in Basilio Rego who slotted home to give Nagoa a 2-0 lead.
