SINQUETIM-NAVELIM: Navy Children School of Vasco bagged double crown in the U-14 South District badminton championship organised by DSYA and played at Manohar Parrikar indoor stadium, Navelim.

In the boys’ section they defeated Dr Hedgewar High School 2-0. In the first singles, Pratik beat Arnav 25-23, 18-21, 21-12. In the second singles, Abhinit defeated Vihan 21-3, 21-0.
In the girls’ section, Navy Children School defeated Vidya Vikas HS 2-1. In the first match, Ritika defeated Antara 21-3, 21-5.
Following that, Dimple of Vidya Vikas defeated Pranavi 21-8, 21-9. In the decider doubles match, Ritika and Pranavi got the better of Antara and Dimple 15-21, 21-11, 21-15.
