MANDREM: Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School, Arambol thumped R D Khalap High School, Mandrem 5-0 in the U-14 boys football tournament, organised by Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs (DSYA), at Mandrem ground, recently.
From the beginning, Carmel boys were on the attack and opened their account in fourth minute with powerful shot from the boot of Munna Roy, who went on to score four goals at regular intervals.
The fifth goal was scored by Delwin Coelho.
By virtue of this win, the team has now qualified for the district level tournament.
