RAIA: Sao Jose de Areal registered a solitary goal victory over Curtorim Gymkhana in a GFA First Division match at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, on Wednesday.
Areal’s Sandeep Chaudhry missed two chances in the 5th and 10th minutes. At the other end, Sevin Luis and Hanslum Furtado of Curtorim shot over the crossbar in the 34th and 40th minutes respectively.

It was Vasudev Dhanjoy of Areal who netted the match- winner in the 91st minute with a placement.
In the other match at Navelim ground, Mandopa SC defeated YC Manora 3-1.
Ajay Raj netted a brace for Mandopa in the 6th and 26th minutes. Rovan Pereira scored the third in the 65th minute. Eldon Colaco pulled a goal back for Manora in the 75th minute.
