VASCO: Vasco Sports Club will organise their 9th Skechers Performance Goa River Marathon (SPGRM) 2018 on December 9 from the Joggers Park, Chicalim.
The event will see runners from India and across the world take part in the 10km, 21 km and 42 km race categories and will have a total prize money of over Rs 7 lakhs.
The 5 km, walk-run, family and corporate event which is also organised alongside the respective marathons has gained popularity over the years.
The Skechers Performance Goa River Marathon’s special features include an official recognition by the Association of International Marathons and Distance races (AIMS) and the course distances are marked for accuracy by the international athletics body, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
