MAPUSA: Swami Samarth Khorrem, Succour defeated RRSC Club, Moira to win the All Goa Panchayat level 5 overs heavy ball cricket tournament organised by Rawalnath Rashtroli Sports club, at A A De Moira club ground, on Sunday.
Batting first, RRSC Moira scored 36 runs in 5 overs while Swami Samarth won the match by scoring the required runs in just 3 overs.
Chief Guest Oswald Cordeiro- Acting Sarpanch of VP Moira and Club President of A A De Moira handed the winners a cash prize of Rs 21,111 and a trophy and the runners up a cash prize of Rs. 14,444 plus trophy.
