MARGAO, SEPT 2 Vailankanni Boys, Maddel defeated Vailankanni Boys of Dovondde A 4 -1 to enter the quarter-finals of Fatorda inter-ward 7-a-side soccer tournament organised by Vailankanni Boys, Dovondde, at Rosary ground, Fatorda.

Vailankanni Boys, Maddel defeated Vailankanni Boys of Dovondde A 4 -1 to enter the quarter-finals of Fatorda inter-ward 7-a-side soccer tournament organised by Vailankanni Boys, Dovondde, at Rosary ground, Fatorda.
Jovito Rodrigues (3) and Melvin Noronha were the goal scorers for Maddel. For Dovondde, Richard Rebello netted the lone goal.
In another exciting pre-quarter final, Aguada Boys, Fatorda defeated Igorjevaddo, Fatorda 7-6 via the tie-breaker to enter the quarter- finals.
