MARGAO: Youth Sports Club of Khandola defeated Iqbal XI of Margao by three wickets to book the final berth in ‘A’ Division cricket tournament organized by Goa Cricket Association, at Porvorim Cricket Academy ground, Porvorim, on Saturday.
Batting first, Iqbal XI scored 165 for nine in allotted 40 overs. Y.S.C. of Khandola achieved the target in 31.2 overs with three more wickets in hand.
Khandola now meet La-Paz Gardens in the final slated on Sunday.
