QUEPEM: The body of one Sachin Chandrakant Haldankar was found hanging at Vodlemol, Cacora on Saturday evening.
Haldankar, 41, was working as a driver at the Curchorem Cacora Municipal Council (CCMC).

According to a source, Haldankar was found hanging in a room kept for storing clothes meant for stage shows.
On receiving a call on Saturday evening, the Curchorem police rushed to the spot and found Haldankar’s body hanging from the roof.
The body was taken for a post mortem to Margao.
PSI Vaibhav Naik of Curchorem police station said that the post mortem will be carried out on Monday, due to the Covid tests conducted on priority basis.
