Owner, staff of Anjuna parlour summoned

Anjuna Police summoned the owner and staff of a massage parlour at Arpora on Monday, following a complaint that illegal activities were taking place at the parlour.
The owner along with eight Mizoram girls and a Goan girl were summoned to the Anjuna police station for an inquiry.
“Based on a letter that illegal activities are being carried out at the massage parlour in Arpora, we summoned the entire staff and the owner for a thorough enquiry in the matter,” PI Manjunath Dessai told Herald.
“Eight Mizoram girls and a Goan girl, who work at the massage parlour, turned up at the police station and they are being interrogated in the presence of the NGO,” PI Dessai added.
“We have, however, not raided the premises, but only summoned the owner and staff for an inquiry in the matter,” he said.
