Vedant Haleankar from Panjim secured the second place while Shravan Magdum from Ponda settling for the third place.
Antonio Fernandes and Manoj Naik from Siridao bagged the fourth and fifth places respectively.
The race was flagged off by Sanjay Zambodker and wound its way through Macasana, Curtorim, Chowgule College and returned via Curtorim, Agxem and back to Guirdolim.
All participants who completed the gruelling 34km race were awarded consolation prizes and certificates from the hands of the guest Patwin Fijardo, ex-president Julio Fernandes and Sanjay Zambodker.
Earlier, Guirdolim Club president, Gidwan D’Costa welcomed while general secretary, Sonia Fernandes e Dias proposed the vote of thanks. Darwin Cardoso compered.
