PANJIM: Loutolim United earned the right to meet St. Caitan, Merces in the finals of the Trawler Owner Cup 2013 organised by Siridao Boys at River Plate Siridao Sports Club ground.
Loutolim United thrashed St. Mathias Azossim 4-1 in the semi-finals. At half time both teams were locked goalless. On resumption of play after the breather the referee in the very 5th minute awarded a penalty for Loutolim, of which Pango scored.
St Mathias were awarded a penalty and Alvito made no mistake with his shot. Loutolim totally dominated their match and their livewire striker Bosco scored 3 more goals notching a hat-trick to ensure his team book a berth in the final.
In another semi-final St. Caitan, Merces also made it into the finals defeating Holy Cross Fatorda 3-2.
Minesh scored a brace whilst Audut put across one goal for Merces, while Remy and Roger netted for Fatorda. The finals will be play on Sunday.
