Bicholim farmers, locals ready for monsoon

With monsoon fast approaching, traditional farmers and locals from Bicholim taluka are engaged in different works to face monsoon.
Locals and farmers are engaged in different traditional works like roof repair of houses and cattle sheds, collecting firewood, storing necessary food stuff required during monsoon, etc.
“In cities, such things have gone into oblivion. However for village people, all such things are important to safeguard his family during monsoon,” said a local.
