MAPUSA/RAIA: FC Goa registered a thumping 15-0 win over Churchill Brothers FC, in the GFA’s Boys U-15 1st Division league, played at Guirim ground, on Wednesday.
FC opened the flood gates in the very first minute of play with a neat placement. As the match progressed Young Gaurs lads scored time and again with Aaryan Da Costa doing most of the damage scoring four goals.
In the GFA’s Boys U-15 2nd Division league, Dunes SC had an easy outing as they trounced Miracles SC by 8-1 margin played at Sirsaim ground.
Norbert Rodrigues did most of the damage netting in four goals while Jhon Harijan scored the consolation goal for Miracles lads.
Guardian Angel SC down Sporting Clube
In the U-13 division I football tournament, Guardian Angel SC defeated Sporting Clube de Goa 8-1, played at Betalbatim Panchayat ground, on Wednesday. Joslon Oliveira scored four, Mashwen Dias scored a brace while Rudresh Gaonkar and Roman Rebelo scored a goal each for Guardian Angel SC. The only goal for Sporting Clube de Goa was scored by Medan Pereira.

Rossman Cruz win
SCC Loutolim and Rossman Cruz Nagoa SC registered wins in the U-13 division II league tournament. At Utorda SAG ground – Rossman Cruz Nagoa SC defeated Betalbatim Sporting Club by 6-0 margin. Rafael Dias scored a hat-trick while Celan Martins, Mifern Fernandes and Joyson Fernandes scored a goal each for Rossman’s.
In another match – SCC Loutolim scored a hard fought 2-1 win over Patrong Sports Club. Jayden Fernandes scored a brace while Rishon Sebastian reduced the margin for Patrong SC.
Assolda defeat
UC Telaulim
St Anthony SC Assolda easily outwitted UC Telaulim by 7-0 goals in the 2nd division league match, played at Rosary church ground, Navelim. Jester Carvalho and Drayan Fernandes scored a brace each while Viton Fernandes, Milton Colaco and Cajitan Fernandes scored a goal each for Assolda.
The match between Velsao SCC and Chicalim SC played at Cansaulim Sports Complex ground ended in a goalless draw.
