PER-SERAULIM: Curtorim Veterans outplayed Barcelona Veterans 3-0 to move into the final of the Colva Veterans football tournament, at Mabai ground, Per-seraulim, on Saturday.
Curtorim Veterans had the upper hand as they played their forefront moves in the first 5 minutes with Mohammed Bepari starring as the hero of the match scored one goal and made to assists.
Mohammed Bepari took control of the ball in the third minute for Curtorim and released an arrow bond shot but it hit the outside cross piece of Barcelona Veterans and went out of play.
Seby Faleiro of Curtorim had the chance to score for Curtorim but shot wide in the 6th minute.
Barcelona Veterans, Manoj Kesarkar’ move was foiled by James D’Costa in the eight minute.
Mohammed Bepari opened the account for Curtorim Veterans with a half volley from the box in the 15th minute off a Seby Faleiro connect.
Caitan Dias of Barcelona Veterans header missed the nets of Curtorim in the 20th minute while James D’Costa failed to connect to a Bepari cross in the 23rd minute

Change of ends saw Curtorim Veterans changed the script on the flanks with Mohammed from right to left and James taking control of the centre.
A fine through ball from Mohammed Bepari to James D’Costa earned the second dividend for Curtorim in the 35th minute.
Later in the second half James D’Costa put the final nail in the coffin to make it 3-0 for Curtorim Veterans in the 50th minute.
