PANJIM: With Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar not present in the state for a week – he has left for the United Kingdom – PWD minister and the number three in the cabinet Ramkrishna Sudin Dhavalikar – is the officiating chief minister.
The Deputy Chief Minister Francis D’ Souza is also not available with the chief minister telling media before he left that he(Francis) was on “leave.”
