RAIA: Snows Football Academy defeated Ave Maria Athletic and Walkers Club 2-1 in the GFA U-16 encounter at the Raia Panchayat ground, on Sunday.
Snows Football Academy dominated both halves and missed two scoring chances through Velroy Fernandes in the 4th and 8th minute before breaking the deadlock in the 18th minute through Pravin Harichandra.
Ave Maria equalised in the 21st minute through Norman Pires.
However, Snows FA scored the match-winner through Velroy Fernandes in the 40th minute.
