PANJIM: The State government has issued orders transferring various Senior Scale officers of Goa Civil Service (GCS).

Those officers who were awaiting posting also have given their new postings. The transfers were made as per the recommendations of the Goa Service Board. Amarsen W Rane, who was the additional secretary to the Governor of Goa, has been posted as the Secretary of the Goa Human Rights Commission (GHRC).
Srinet N Kotwale, who was awaiting posting, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Home Department. Sandhya S Kamat, who is Additional Secretary (Home), has been posted as the Member Secretary (MS) of Ravindra Bhavan Margao.
Gaurish Kuttiikar, who was the Additional Collector – III South Goa District, has been posted as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zilla Panchayats (ZP), South Goa, thereby relieving Florina Colaco of the additional Charge.
Meghanath Proob, who was the MS of Ravindra Bhavan Margao, has been posted as the Director of the Public Grievances Department, upon the retirement of Shivaji Desai.
Sudhir Kerkar, who was also awaiting posting, has now been posted as the Superintendent (SP) of Jails, thereby relieving Vassudev Shetye of the additional charge. Gaurish Shankwalkar, CEO, ZP, North Goa shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Secretary to the Governor of Goa.
Ajit Panchwadkar, Director (Administration), PWD shall hold additional charge of the post of Additional Collector – III, South Goa District.
The order further stated that all of the above officers shall take charge and submit their respective compliance reports.
