Gokuldas elected panch
PERNEM (HC) Gokuldas Salgaonkar was elected panch after winning the by-elections to Ward 3 of Dhargal panchayat on Sunday.
Salgaonkar (263 votes) defeated Deepti Dashrath Kanolkar (132 votes) and Sandeep Redkar (95 votes).
The Pernem mamlatdar was the presiding officer during the counting of votes.
