COLLEM: Abhinav Vidya Mandir High School, Mollem emerged Dharbandoda Taluka Secondary School champions in march past contest, organized by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at Mollem village panchayat ground, recently.
The second prize went to Somanath English Medium High School, Savargal while the third prize was awarded to Hirabai Talaulikar High School, Sancorda.
The judges for the contest were Sanjay Kumar and PS Yadav, both military officers from Ponda military camp.
During the concluding programme, Ramkrishna Gaonkar Desai was the chief guest while Sharadchandra Khandeparkar, Headmaster of Abhinav High School; Dattatraya Prabhu Desai, assistant Physical Education officer; Taluka Sports Organizer Tulsidas Dessai were also present.
Dattatraya Desai welcomed. A total five secondary schools participated in the contest.
