PANJIM: Vice President of India, Venkaiah Naidu, will arrive in Goa on Thursday morning for the NIT Goa convocation. He will arrive by a special aircraft from Ranchi Airport and thereafter will attend the convocation ceremony at Kala Academy, on September 28.
