MARGAO: Harkesh Bairwa (38), a native of Rajasthan who was arrested by the Konkan Railway police was granted conditional bail by judicial magistrate first Class (JMFC) Margao.
The alleged accused moved an application for bail before JMFC Margao and arguments were heard. The Konkan Railway police had opposed his bail application before the court.

The court later ordered to release him on bail bond of Rs 15,000 with one surety in like amount. The court has also directed him to report at the Konkan Railway Police station for five days and not to leave the State for another 60 days.
Police have seized 56 huge bags of Gutka and tobacco products and further investigation is in progress.
Konkan railway police based on the complaint has registered Offence under section 87 of Goa Public Health (amendment) Act 2005.
