MARGAO: The New Market Traders Association has issued a one-day ultimatum to the Margao Municipal Council (MMC) to address their long pending issues at the earliest, failing which they will hold a mega protest at the MMC building on Friday.
While addressing the media persons on Wednesday, President Vinod Shirodkar criticised not just the functioning of MMC but also the MLAs of Margao and Fatorda for neglecting the legitimate demands of the traders, which they say affects the customers as well.
