MARGAO: Due to incessant rains, potholes in Salcete taluka have turned into huge craters posing grave danger to the motorists, pedestrians and traffic in general. Not only do these potholes damage vehicles but have also been the cause of accidents.
Maneuvering through flooded potholed roads pose a threat to commuters particularly pedestrians and two-wheelers. Some internal roads too are very bad and the road from Ravanafond to Arlem is no exception.

Other routes with potholes include Taleband-Benaulim and road from South District Hospital till the KTC stand. Most of the roads were recently repaired, said sources.
