John moves sessions court

Russian woman rape accused John Fernandes has once again moved the sessions court to direct the Crime branch to hand over the keys and RC book of his Captiva car to his brother.
The Additional Sessions Judge P V Kamat had earlier this week ordered the release of the John’s car on several conditions. However, in his application filed in the court, John has claimed that the Crime Branch has not handed back the car keys and the RC book on grounds that these two items are not part of the court order.
The Crime Branch is also believed to have refused to hand over the keys and the RC book saying these items have been attached with the charge sheet filed against the accused.
The court has now asked for the say of the Crime Branch to the application filed by the accused.
