A massive crack is seen on the gate pillar of the Mormugao Municipal garden in Vasco. The garden is visited by several people including children especially on Sundays and holidays. Obviously during the rainy season water must have seeped into the pillar through the crack rendering them substantially weak.
There could be possibility of the pillar collapsing thereby posing danger to the visitors to the garden. The authorities concerned need to take note of the same and carry out necessary remedial steps.
