BICHOLIM: Bicholim police on Tuesday arrested a Nepal native and currently residing at Harvalem-Sanquelim for allegedly raping his minor daughter.
According to Bicholim PI, Filomeno Costa, a Nepali, residing at Harvalem and working as security guard, was booked for allegedly raping his minor daughter. The victim filed the case against her father. The police registered a case under Section 376, 6 of POSCO, 8 Goa Children’s Act.
The accused has been arrested and remanded to seven days police custody. PSI Kishore Ramanand is investigating the case under the guidance of PI.
