Pernem: Pernem Police on Thursday arrested one Renuka Yadav, a Morjim resident for hurting religious sentiments of a particular community by allegedly posting derogatory and insulting comments on social media.
The complaint states that such act can give rise to communal riots in the peaceful state of Goa and instigate fellow members of the community for psychological unrest and breach of peace in the society. The complaint further states that the accused runs an ayurveda treatment and training institute in Morjim.

Pernem Police have arrested the accused under Sections 153 A, 295 A, 298, 504, 505 of IPC. Pernem police are investigating the case.
