Penha de Franca started positively and opened the scoring through Melwyn Rodrigues in the 25th minute.
Nine minutes later, Gaurish Mandrekar equalized for Nagoa with a neat finish.
In the second session, Penha de Franca quickly scored their second in the 49th minute through striker Vardhan Haldankar, who shot past the rival custodian.
However, Pawan Thakur made it 2-2 for Nagoa in the 55th minute.
