CURTORIM: Agxem SC thrashed Batora SC 5-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the Curtorim inter-ward football tournament organized by Curtorim Veterans, at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Tuesday.
Agnelo Gomes scored a brace for Agxem SC in the 3rd and 7th minutes while Nickson Castana also netted a brace in the 12th and 17th minutes.
Agnelo Martins made it 5-0 for Agxem SC in the 59th minute.
Leslie Mascarenhas pulled a goal back for Batora SC in the dying minutes of second half.
