VASCO: The Mormugao Port on Monday hosted a passenger ocean cruise liner MS Queen Mary 2, which made its maiden visit to Goa. The luxury cruise liner berthed at the port and became an instant attraction for many. The Queen with 3750 passengers plus crew on board is the biggest passenger ship to have ever docked at the MPT berths till date.
The cruise liner under Capt Christopher Wells’ command, arrived from Muscat, Oman. Having an LOA of 345.03 metres and draft of 10.3 metres, this is the largest cruise liner to visit Mormugao Port.
