PANJIM: Revolutionary Goans supremo Manoj Parab on Saturday slammed BJP government for rise in unemployment rate and increasing crime rate in the State of Goa.
“The ruling party in the State and at the Centre is responsible for the rise in rate of unemployment in Goa,” Parab alleged in a corner meeting held at Sanquelim.

Alleging further Parab said that “The government of Goa sold out basin of River Mhadei to Karnataka for its political gain to win the Karnataka by-elections. The BJP government is promising free units of water to the Goans and at the same time is selling river basin to Karnataka.”
“Taking into consideration the grave problem of water scarcity that is already faced by the Goans, how will they provide the free units of water after selling the river basin to Karnataka,” asked Parab.
