PANJIM: Police on Sunday lodged complaints against unknown persons for kidnapping a 15-year-old from Chimbel and a 17-year-old from Panjim, in two separate incidents. The Chimbel resident was abducted from her residence. The other minor is a resident of Cuncolim. The police are investigating both cases.
