While the major parts of Goa are witnessing quick repair of roads and development works ahead of the G20 summit. In many places, it looks like the work is just being done for a show.
The Patto bridge is one example of this. Presently the Patto bridge railings are rusted and broken and instead of repairing them the railings are repainted and left exposed. Is this the smart work of the ‘Smart City’?
