RAIA: Margao SC defeated Nerul SC 5-3 via the tie-breaker and moved into the quarter-finals of Our Lady of Assumption Cup football tournament at church ground, Chinchinim, on Tuesday. Nerul netted two quick goals through Akash and Ramsley in the 8th and 19th minutes respectively. Florian Vaz and Bryan of Margao netted two goals in the 22nd and 62nd minutes respectively.
In the tie-breaker, Margao netted through Sheridan, Agnelo and Joylex. Aniket scored for Nerul.
