The JEE is the entrance exam to the Indian Institutes of Technology.
Of the students in Goa who qualified for the next round, 31 are from Mushtifund Aryaan Higher Secondary School, Panjim and 11 from Aryaan Study Circle’s, Gurukul-Margao.
Director Vyankatesh Prabhudesai said that the JEE main selections were tougher than last year, which is why the cut-off marks were reduced from 105 to 100. “Our students excelled and are preparing for the Advance exams on May 22,” he said.
