NEW DELHI: The Goa mining case for resumption of the iron ore mining in the State was on Wednesday deferred to September 25 for further hearing on account of the Bench remaining stuck with other cases.
The special leave petitions of Vedanta Limited and Geetabala Perulekar were listed before the Bench of Justices Dhananjaya Chandrachud, Indu Malhotra and K M Joseph.
