Constant water accumulation paralyses farming in Siolim

 For 15 years, the farmers from Marna Sodiem have been unable to cultivate their fields due to the accumulation of water. The pipes under the bridge were clogged with mud and other debris causing severe problems for the farmers. Farmers state that the water from the field does not pass through due to the clogged pipe
