MARGAO: Maina Curtorim police, on Sunday, found a body of a woman floating in the water at Raitolem near Curtorim.

PSI Deepesh Shetker attached to Maina Curtorim Police, along with staff rushed to the spot and fished out the body. She was later identified as Fatima Shaik, aged 22.
The police conducted all the legal formalities and sent the body for the post mortem examination at the Hospicio Hospital Margao.
Police said it is not known how she landed in water. Further investigation is in progress.
