I would like to draw your attention towards a water leakage from a PWD water pipeline along the Pateapur road in Nuvem opposite The Village (Dance Hall) since the last 5 days. Unfortunately none of the concerned authorities including the Panchyat, PWD officials or others have bothered to step in and repair the continuous water flow which has led to wastage of water on the road.
This shows the general lack of apathy among the authorities towards a precious resource like water, whereas there are some areas in Goa that lack adequate water supply.
