Four-wheeler horns

It is observed that there are several two-wheelers in the state which use horns which are meant for four-wheelers. Use of such horns can cause confusion in the mind of other vehicular drivers on the roads. A four-wheeler in front of the two-wheeler using a horn meant for four-wheelers  may not give way for the vehicle at the back thinking it is  a car as there is no sufficient space for the car to overtake it. At times the use of four-wheeler horns by two-wheelers can also be a reason for a road accident. There needs to be a total ban on the use of four-wheeler horns by two-wheelers and those who are caught using such a horn need to be booked under the relevant laws.
