Panjim: Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho has said that gram sabha meetings will resume from mid-November this year, over seven months after the meetings were suspended due to COVID-19 pandemic.

“BDOs will be asked to instruct village panchayats to hold in gram sabhas in their respective panchayats from mid-November. It will be held as was the practice before the pandemic,” the Panchayat Minister said.
On the issue of potholes, Godinho said he will convey to PWD Minister Deepak Pauskar to fill the potholes soon after monsoon ends.
