MARGAO: Colva gram sabha has moved a resolution demanding an inquiry into the funding of the Colva Civic and Consumer Forum (CCCF).
As per the resolution passed at the last gram sabha, the members have demanded that a complaint be filed with the vigilance and home departments seeking an inquiry into the funding of the forum. The resolution was taken following a heated discussion at the last gram sabha which had stalled the proceedings. Sarpanch Menino Fernandes said, “People of Colva had questioned the forum and sought details on the office location and members.
