RAIA: Panchwadi United Sports Club got the better of Sirlim Sports Club 6-3 via tie-breaker to emerge champions in the Goa Football Association U-18 Division II League Salcete Zone play-off final played at Cansaulim ground, on Tuesday.
Aniket Kumar gave the lead to Sirlim Sports Club, while Myron Rebelo equalised for Panchwadi United Sports Club.
Both teams remained 1-1 draw at the end of regulation time.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Panchwadi United Sports Club netted through Velvon Dias, Rio Fernandes, Flexson Gomes, Vailanko D’Costa and Royce Mascarenhas, while Samuel D’Silva and Amancio Fernandes found the net for Sirlim Sports Club.
