GMR Goa International Airport Limited has been issued a show-cause notice by the Directorate of Civil Aviation (DCA), Goa, for alleged violations concerning vehicle entry fees at Manohar International Airport in Mopa. The notice, dated January 1, 2026, alleges that the airport operator charged vehicles even for marginal overstays of a few seconds in the terminal area. According to the DCA, the concession agreement permits free passage through the terminal as long as vehicles do not stop beyond two minutes during peak hours and five minutes during non-peak hours.
