A tragic hit-and-run claimed the life of 32-year-old Pravin Shirolkar from Baina on Sunday morning. The two-wheeler rider was fatally crushed by a truck on NH-17B near BITS Pilani Goa campus.
The truck driver fled the scene but later surrendered at Verna police station, leading to the truck’s seizure. Investigations into negligence and fleeing continue.
