Shri Diwakar Salelkar, Secretary of the Village Panchayat of Santa, has been transferred to the Directorate of Panchayats (DoP) Head Office after the government granted sanction under Section 17(A) to prosecute him in a corruption case.
The sanction clears the way for further legal proceedings and investigation in the matter.
